We are a team of experienced SEND specialists who have high ambitions for all children and young people, especially those with special educational needs and disability (SEND) and at risk youth. We firmly believe that children and young people, including those with the most complex needs, should be given the best possible chances in education that promotes their individual learning path and aligned with their needs and goals. Our mission is and always has been since we started in 2020 to provide expert services that enable children and young people to fulfill their potential and become productive, well-balanced adults and enable them to achieve their chosen outcomes.

Initially focusing on delivering a bespoke high quality mentoring and tutoring service focused on the needs of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and at risk youth, we have since expanded into the SEND Recruitment. As we stand today we are actively recruiting in Education, Health and Social Care sectors.



Our Expertise

We provide outstanding SEND mentoring, tuition and recruitment services to Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Alternative Provisions, Further Education (FE),supported living and all other related settings working with children and young people. We also supply SEND staff who can support on either a full, part time or day to day basis.

All of our staffs have experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), complex learning disabilities and at risk youth within education, health and social care sectors such as: Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Further Education (FE), Outreach Setting (OR), CAMHS, MIND and Alternative Provisions and SEN provisions within mainstream Schools across London majoring mainly with children and young people with Mental Health difficulties and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Many qualified to Masters Level in the field of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Mental Health and Clinical Psychology. All our staffs have an up to date enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS), vetted through robust safer recruitment processes and reference checked before embarking on the relationship with a young person or any placement.SEN/SEND schools, colleges and all other related settings are provided with an email confirmation which clearly states that all the checks required by the DfE have been carried out.
