Your referral will be emailed to your friend or family member, but as a good friend we always advise that you call them to let them know that you have put their name forward.
Should they be suitable, Star Ascend will work hard to place your referral into their perfect role.
Collection of your cash is simple - keep track of your referral's progress and once they have been placed for 3 months in their new role all you have to do is send an email to our attraction manager email@example.com - once the placement has been verified we will authorise your cash.

The candidate referred must have the right to work and live in the UK.
The candidate must have an up-to-date CV (including full name, telephone number and email address).
It would be your responsibility to notify us of your referral. You may do this by filling in the details on the form provided and we will contact you further.
We will disclose to the referred person the name of the person who referred them for the job opportunity.
Your referral needs to be new to us. If the referral is a candidate that we are already dealing with for current roles or within last 3 months, the referral reward fee will not apply.
Your referral must lead to your friend's successful placement at one of our client's organisations and remain in employment for more than 3 months in order for you to be rewarded.
Candidates must be placed and employed within 12 weeks of a referral being submitted
The referral fee will then be paid out to you after 3 months, from the starting date of your friend's employment.
By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You must provide a valid email address and telephone number for your referred friend.
Each referred friend must comply with the terms provided.
There is no limit to the number of referral claims that can be made.
In the event of any dispute, Star Ascend's decision is final.
If the candidate is introduced by more than one person, we will operate a first come, first served policy.
